As we come near to the end of Revelation, John begins to a 3-chapter discourse on what NT Wright calls “Life after life after death.” In this chapter we see that death and Hades have been destroyed, thrown into a lake where nothing can survive. The decision has been made, only life survives, and life more abundant for those who chose it.
