“FOR: Loving the Unloved”
Text: Acts 10:1-23
Continuing our study about what God wants the Church to be “for,” we hear the story about Peter being called by Cornelius the centurion. Being Gentiles, the servants who were sent to Joppa to bring back Peter represent the fringes of those he would want to serve, but he invited them into the home he was staying as guests. As the Church, we are called to love those who God puts before us, even those who are considered unlovable by the culture.
