“FOR: Speaking Jesus Into Lives”
Text: Acts 3:1-26
When people think about the Church, they often think about what it is against, or what it says not to do. This week, we begin a five week sermon series on focusing on what the Church is for and what Christ has called us to be. In today’s scripture, not only do Peter and John offer hope and healing to the crippled man by the template gate, but they invite him into the family of God through the name of Jesus. Like them, we have a voice to give to our world; one where we can say to our neighbors that God is for you and has a plan for you.
