Text: Matthew 2:13-22
The story of Jesus as an infant mirrors the story of the people of Israel – beginning in Egypt, spending time in the wilderness, and eventually reaching the Promised Land. Joseph remained faithful to God and his family by following the two dreams he received which told him where to move his family. As we enter a new calendar year, we worship God, trusting that He will dwell in our midst and lead us wherever we need to be.
