“True Peace”
Text: Colossians 3
The South Portland Church of the Nazarene’s Associate Pastor Cheryl Curlew concludes a four week study on the book of Colossians by looking at Chapter 3.  In this part of the letter, Paul stresses the importance of casting off earthly desires and emotions and instead letting the peace of Christ rule.  How can we do that, especially when there are conflicting emotions in our hearts?  If the decision is something we can do calling on the name of Jesus and does not put something back that He previously removed from our lives, there will be peace within ourselves and the community.
