“When All Hell Breaks Loose, Help Is On the Way”
Texts: Luke 21:25-36; I Thessalonians 4:13-18; James 5:13-16
The first Sunday of Advent marks the beginning of the new liturgical year. The Advent celebration is not simply about marking time until Christmas, but an opportunity for us to boldly proclaim the message of hope. This hope is rooted in the knowledge that God’s promises are forever, and that Christ will come again. This service concluded with a time of prayer and anointing.
