Text: Luke 1:39-56
This Advent season we will be focusing on prophecy, preparation, joy, and proclaiming the good news of Christ’s birth. On the fourth Sunday in Advent, we read about Mary who is so filled with the joy of the Lord who has blessed her, she sings a proclamation. She sings out of the assurance that the God who has been faithful before and whose promises who ring true is the God that we can depend on and rely on.
