Pastor Dylon Brown of the South Portland Church of the Nazarene begins a multi-week series on wilderness experiences.  In the first installment, Jacob wrestles with God in the wilderness amidst his solitude and loneliness.  After this experience Jacob was given a new identity, and also experienced reconciliation with his family.  While wilderness experiences are often something we try to endure or outlast, God can reveal Himself in them and meet us where we are.
